IOEAの設立おめでとうございます！私はアニメやマンガが小さい頃から本当に大好きです。IOEAを通じて世界の多くの方にアニメやマンガが広まり、そして多くのイベントを世界で開催していただき、アニメやマンガの愛を深め、世界の方々とわかち合えたらいいなと思います。今後のIOEAの活動を楽しみにしています！

Congratulations on the establishment of the IOEA! Even from a young age, I really loved anime and manga. I hope anime and manga will expand out to more people overseas through the IOEA and that many more events would be held in the world, so people would have the opportunity to love anime and manga even more, and we would deepen mutual understanding with one another.
